Primary Purpose and Function:

At Palo Alto Staffing, we work with the top 5% of talent in the markets we serve. Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with the most elite service and professionalism the industry has to offer. We are looking to add a founding member as our Talent Concierge, who will deliver white-glove service to our global clientele. The ideal candidate will derive gratification from developing relationships and perfecting lines of communication between our team and industry-recognized VC firms, start-ups, and family offices. This role will oversee the customer service to our talent and uphold the highest level of discretion and enthusiasm when handling these conversations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for our clients via phone, email, and video chat

  • Develop a strong understanding of our offerings and communicate all facets of product, pricing, and availability to our clients

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure client needs have been met

  • Organize and compile data in various CRM platforms

  • Create procedures for internal customer service processes

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience

  • Highly skilled communicator; top-level phone and email etiquette

  • Preferred experience with a luxury retail or hospitality brand

  • Instinctive ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently
