We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a strong knowledge of marketing, finance, and internal collaboration, to serve as the primary touch point and support to the CEO. This role will require management of complex scheduling and coordination of organizational operations, the facilitation of departmental communication, and detailed analysis of administrative processes. The right candidate will effectively communicate cross-functionally and feel empowered to make critical decisions that affect the longevity of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with top level executives in an innovative and team-driven environment

  • Deliver seamless cross-departmental communication on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer

  • Drive company culture through experiential event planning and production

  • Assist department leads in strategic project management to achieve solution-oriented results

  • Define KPIs and track detailed analysis of performance outcomes

  • Build lasting relationships with key leaders and external stakeholders to cultivate the success of the organization

  • Maintain an outstanding degree of communication, urgency, and discretion, while working with top professionals

  • Manage all calendaring, including daily schedules, domestic and international travel, and company-wide events with consistent organization and precision

  • Prepare and submit expense reports with great attention to department allocation and AR procedures

  • Consult with administrative support to maintain the highest level of professionalism and excellence when assisting the executive team


  • 4+ years of providing direct assistance to a C-Suite Executive

  • Experience supporting executives in a start-up environment is preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft 365, & Slack

  • Unprecedented work ethic and communication skills when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
