Primary Purpose and Function:

We are seeking a temporary Executive Assistant or Sr. Admin Assistant to support the General Manager and two VPs of critical businesses. This role has high visibility as these executives work closely with the entire executive leadership team, along with many other internal and externally facing stakeholders. The ideal candidate must excel at working across business functions and be solutions-oriented.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

  • Establish positive and collaborative relationships with organizational leadership and staff

  • Foster community culture through meaningful and effective channels of communication

  • Assist upper management with project timelines, execution, and deliverables

  • Coordinate and run team meetings, off-sites, and all hands; create presentations, manage the agenda, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items

  • Generate, route, and process correspondence, exercising a high degree of confidentiality

  • Manage multiple, high-volume calendars, all communication related to meetings, conference calls, invitations, event planning, and interviews

  • Process and submit financial statements in alignment with company allocation policies

  • Drive company-wide initiatives to increase retention and organizational commitment

  • Collaborate with administrative team to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of operational procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Senior-Level executives

  • Experience working with an administrative support team

  • Time spent in a large, high-growth company

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
