A great candidate for this role is someone who loves cultivating partnerships not just with candidates but with all levels of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with your internal clients as a true business partner.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.

  • Being successful at and wanting to build relationships beyond the superficial layers of recruiting is required for success

  • Manage and be involved in the recruitment process from intake to hiring

  • Gatekeeper for the company’s culture. Understand the difference between a resume fit and a team fit

  • Manage and develop your team of direct reports. This includes a minimum of a sourcer and a coordinator.

  • Provide insights to the company in making hiring decisions. Confident to say “no”, even when the hiring manager says “yes”

  • Consistently and accurately work within the company’s ATS

  • Attend various recruiting and non-recruiting events to represent the company as one of the Bay Area’s top places to work

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment

  • Experience managing and developing direct reports

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, other sourcing tools and ATS’s

  • Experience in hiring for a variety of roles at different levels of the organization

  • Prefers working in a fast-paced environment

  • Team comradery is important to you

  • Passionate about connecting with people

  • Open to hybrid in-office schedule
