A global private equity firm is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd level support for all IT and business systems in their Palo Alto office. A great candidate for the role is someone who has significant experience in production support and is highly customer focused.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact of all personnel when it comes to all IT support needs

  • Accommodate all users’ inquiries and provide them with up to 2nd level IT support

  • Handle all aspects of technology, including PC’s, servers, audio-visual, fixed and mobile telecommunications

  • Be hands-on in supporting the team and should do remote troubleshooting when required

  • Take ownership and responsibility of tasks and collaborate with a global team to achieve business success

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 year of related experience

  • Experience working within an ITIL Environment

  • Experience in handling team members or direct reports

  • Ability to prioritize workloads and demanding timelines

  • Team comradery is important to you

  • Willing to travel occasionally to support other offices as needed
