A global private equity firm is looking for a Service Desk Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd level support for all IT and business systems in their Palo Alto office. A great candidate for the role is someone who has significant experience in production support and is highly customer focused.
Act as the point of contact of all personnel when it comes to all IT support needs
Accommodate all users’ inquiries and provide them with up to 2nd level IT support
Handle all aspects of technology, including PC’s, servers, audio-visual, fixed and mobile telecommunications
Be hands-on in supporting the team and should do remote troubleshooting when required
Take ownership and responsibility of tasks and collaborate with a global team to achieve business success
3-5 year of related experience
Experience working within an ITIL Environment
Experience in handling team members or direct reports
Ability to prioritize workloads and demanding timelines
Team comradery is important to you
Willing to travel occasionally to support other offices as needed
