Our client, a tech startup based in the Bay Area, is looking for a Human Resource Manager to join their team. A great candidate for this role is someone passionate about developing strong relationships and is ready to take on the challenge of supporting a company in its hyper growth stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the leadership team to design, build and implement HR functions and processes that highly reflect the company’s mission and vision
Develop and execute plans to enhance the culture of the company in partnership with the leadership team
Develop HR plans and strategies to reach business objectives and achieve profitability
Function as an overall business partner for all units and offer guidance in organizational and management matters
Provide overall leadership to the HR functions by overseeing compensation and benefits, immigration, onboarding, career development, and retention
Qualifications:
5+ years of HR experience
Experience managing and developing direct reports
Experience developing HR functions and processes
Highly communicable
Team comradery is important to you
Prefers working in a fast-paced environment
Proof of vaccination required
