Key Responsibilities:
Handle all onboarding and offboarding processes of employees
Serve as the point of contact for recruitment interview scheduling and follow ups
Support the HR team in the recruitment process; sourcing, hiring, salary negotiation with candidates
Maintain recruiting database and utilize its primary functions
Collaborate with hiring team to coordinate and follow up candidates
Handle highly confidential information discretely and professionally
Perform all ad hoc projects requested by the management
Qualifications:
1+ years of HR experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Prefers working in a fast-paced environment
Team comradery is important to you
Proof of vaccination is required
