Administrative Assistant - VC Firm

Our Venture Capital client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support for their office. The ideal candidate will have a white-glove service approach to any task they take on in this dynamic environment. Duties include but are not limited to meeting arrangements, calendaring, correspondence, and any other projects as assigned by team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining the office space, which can include liaising with vendors and ordering supplies. The use of independent judgement and initiative will be key when it comes to issuing or receiving communications via memos, emails, presentations, or reports. Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office equipment and supplies

  • File management and organization

  • Generating reports as requested by executives

  • Correspond on behalf of the executives (written, electronic, and verbal)

  • Meeting & Travel arrangements (domestic and international)

  • HR documentation filing

  • Vendor coordination and management

  • Special event planning and execution

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required

  • 2+ years Administrative Assistant/Executive Admin experience
