Our client is a partner to global innovators and leaders, and as the Receptionist you would be the first person they see when walking into the office. Key Responsibilities
Welcome a diverse array of guests, offering an impeccable experience from the moment they step into the office.
Address incoming calls with clarity, ensuring the conversation is directed efficiently and with discretion.
Oversee the logistics of meeting spaces, ensuring flawless preparation for each engagement such as appropriate meeting materials and functioning technological equipment.
Manage the appearance and feel of the lobby area, ensuring it is a welcoming environment.
Engage seamlessly with internal teams, ensuring guest arrivals or special requests are communicated promptly.
Play a role in the crafting and realization of both intimate meetings and larger, more lavish events.
Be proactive in the sense that you identify and improve processes, systems, and overall office environment to better suit the business needs.
Handle all documents with the utmost confidentiality and precision.
Offer support to key figures within the organization, making their day-to-day easier and more efficient.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in an office or high touch customer service role.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Certifications: Notary certification is highly desirable but not needed.
High emotional intelligence is second nature to you, allowing you to navigate a myriad of interpersonal interactions with grace.
Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are unparalleled.
Tech Proficiency with modern office technologies and software such a Mac OS, Google Suite, AV equipment, and a multi-line phone system.
You carry yourself with an air of professionalism that's both genuine and inviting.
