Our startup accelerator client is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure that mission critical objectives are accomplished that allow their stakeholders to thrive. In this role, you would oversee the financial and operational activities of various stakeholders. This can range from budgeting all the way to human resources matters. Having a keen eye for detail will be crucial as your ability to make process improvements will be paramount.
Responsibilities
Process Management: Analyze and map out current operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
System Oversight: Ensure all organization-wide systems function optimally, liaise with other departments for system improvements or troubleshooting.
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to align operational processes with strategic goals.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on operational metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Financial Management: Oversee and monitor stakeholder financials, making recommendations that align with business goals.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their operational needs and implement solutions.
Training & Development: Train team members on new processes or systems, ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors, ensuring stakeholders get optimal value from these partnerships.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with best practices in operational management and implement relevant changes to enhance efficiency.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all operations are in line with industry regulations and organizational policies.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding any operational inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
