As an Executive IT Desktop Support specialist in our growing family office, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional, white-glove Helpdesk support to our executives and Principals. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, impeccable communication skills, and a deep understanding of the nuances of working in a high-profile environment. You will be genuinely interested in new technologies and enjoy working in an environment that requires high-touch service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive desktop support to our executives, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of all IT-related queries and issues.

  • Provide hands-on assistance with a range of devices and applications, including but not limited to, Windows and MacOS environments, mobile devices, and bespoke software solutions.

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions, understanding the sensitive nature of the family office environment.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

  • Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies to offer forward-thinking solutions to our team.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT desktop support, preferably in a high-end corporate, family office or venture capital environment.

  • Up to 50% travel may be required, so ability to travel both domestically and internationally is a must.

  • Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, software, and hardware.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • A commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized service.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
