As an Executive IT Desktop Support specialist in our growing family office, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional, white-glove Helpdesk support to our executives and Principals. This role demands a unique blend of technical expertise, impeccable communication skills, and a deep understanding of the nuances of working in a high-profile environment. You will be genuinely interested in new technologies and enjoy working in an environment that requires high-touch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive desktop support to our executives, ensuring seamless and efficient resolution of all IT-related queries and issues.
Provide hands-on assistance with a range of devices and applications, including but not limited to, Windows and MacOS environments, mobile devices, and bespoke software solutions.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions, understanding the sensitive nature of the family office environment.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies to offer forward-thinking solutions to our team.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT desktop support, preferably in a high-end corporate, family office or venture capital environment.
Up to 50% travel may be required, so ability to travel both domestically and internationally is a must.
Proficiency in a variety of operating systems, software, and hardware.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized service.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred but not required.
