We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Traveling Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a private equity executive. As part of an established family office, you will work at the direction of Principal and their family office CEO to ensure the principal's life runs smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with travel team to ensure flawless execution of principal's travel arrangements.

  • Conduct advance preparation for principal's trips, including hotel room setup and local logistics.

  • Provide thorough packing assistance, maintaining detailed packing lists and coordinating with household teams.

  • On-the-ground support during trips, handling errands and attending to principal's needs as they arise.

  • Assist in managing principal's personal schedule, identifying, and proactively addressing potential conflicts.

  • Execute restaurant reservations, personal errands, and ad-hoc requests.

  • Conduct research on behalf of principal, delivering concise and relevant information.

  • Maintain close communication with principal's support team, including CEO, security, and household staff.

  • Work behind the scenes to address any urgent matters that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to principal's day-to-day activities.

  • Demonstrate strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a calm, solution-oriented approach.

  • Exercise the utmost discretion and always maintain strict confidentiality.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level personal assistant role, preferably within a family office or UHNW setting.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a diverse team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours as needed.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
