The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing strategic support, optimizing their effectiveness, and ensuring the flawless execution of key initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, leveraging keen analytical skills to provide insights and recommendations on critical decisions

  • Optimize the CEO's time and productivity through effective prioritization, calendar management, and a focus on high-impact activities

Qualifications and Expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar high-performance environment

  • Proven ability to drive results and navigate complexity in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
